- THE STUDIO -

Prosdocimi Recording is owned by Musician, Record Producer Mike 3rd, also known to be voice and guitar of the bands EX-KGB and Hypnoise plus various different projects.

The studio has been inspired by Mike 3rd real passion for design, beauty of sound and for what, years ago, brought us the most fantastic recordings ever made in music history: The Analogue Technology.

Along with other high quality gear, available at the Prosdocimi Recording are the famous Ampex 350 and Studer C37. Respectively a microphone preamplifier and a valve recorder for reel mastering whose sound can be heard in famous records by such great artists like Elvis Presley, Otis Redding, The Beatles and in recordings made in the golden age great studios like Abbey Road, Stax, Sun Studios, EMI etc etc.

Mike 3rd's passion for the beauty and the beauty of sound was the reason to get Michele Gervasuti, (founder of Gervasuti Foundation and business partner in MISA of famous British designer Sam Buxton), hired as interior designer to couple the beautiful sound with a beautiful, inspiring and full of artistic vibrations environement.

A place filled with vibrations was desired to bring the musician to total artistic freedom, in fact, as producer Ronan Chris Murphy says in its aphorisms "Great records are made by great people not great studios." ... at Prosdocimi Recording we only want inspired people!

Thanks to resident sound engineer Max Bacchin we guarantee professional assistance to any producer and band joining us.

- LOCATION -

Prosdocimi Recording is located in part of a XVII° century villa, (country house of Lords Bissara of Vicenza then approximately since 1700 house of Prosdocimi Family), in Carmignano di Brenta, a pleasant small town in the middle of Veneto Region close to some of the most important historical and artistic sites like Venice, Vicenza, Padova etc etc.

- ROOMS -

The studio is actually composed by an Art Déco control room created by Michele Gervasuti and a studio ideal for any overdubbing and for three and four members' band; a big studio room will be soon available.

- YOUR STAY -

Available near the studio hotels for any budget and need or if you prefer, apartments to stay in a more comfortable condition.
